Please read these terms before using the Site. By using it, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of www.undercovernerdproject.com and its tools, including the Anagram Solver (the "Site"), operated by Undercover Nerd Project. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Using the Site
The Site is free for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Site; scrape it or send automated requests at a rate that harms its performance; try to gain unauthorised access to any part of it; or use it for anything unlawful.
3. Accuracy of results
The Anagram Solver uses word lists that may not match the official dictionary of the game or contest you are playing. A word may appear that is not valid in your game, and a valid word may be missing. Point values are shown as a guide. Always confirm a word in your game's official source before relying on it, for example before challenging a play. We do not guarantee that results are complete, accurate or fit for any purpose.
4. Trademarks and affiliation
Scrabble, Words With Friends and other game names are trademarks of their respective owners. Undercover Nerd Project is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. Such names are used only to describe compatible game rules and scoring.
5. Intellectual property and attributions
The Site's design, text, code and logos are owned by Undercover Nerd Project unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or republished without permission, except as allowed by law. The Scrabble dictionary is based on the public-domain ENABLE word list. The Common English dictionary uses frequency data from FrequencyWords, licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0.
6. Advertising and third-party content
The Site may display advertising and link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or services, and your dealings with them are solely between you and them. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising and analytics work.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Undercover Nerd Project will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to the Site and these terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which Undercover Nerd Project is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that province have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.
